I’m not getting any sound
Most modern browsers automatically block sound from playing until you’ve interacted with the page. Try clicking anywhere on the video player first, then check the little speaker icon in the bottom corner to make sure it’s not muted. If that doesn’t do the trick, also double-check your device’s volume settings.
The pause button is in the way
If the pause button is sitting in the middle of the screen, just move your mouse or tap away from the video controls, the button will disappear after a moment, letting you enjoy the full picture again.
UK subscriber but I can’t see the video
Due to British broadcasting regulations, we’re not allowed to show live video coverage within the UK. But don’t worry, you can still enjoy full live audio commentary for every match, so you won’t miss a moment of the action.
I’m a subscriber but I can’t see anything
Sometimes your browser cache or old cookies can cause playback issues. Try doing a hard refresh, on most browsers you can press Ctrl + F5 (or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac). If that doesn’t help, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies usually fixes it right away.
Which browsers do you support?
For the best possible viewing experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, it consistently gives the smoothest playback on most devices. That said, other major browsers such as Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and DuckDuckGo also work just as well across a wide range of computers, tablets, and phones.
The stream keeps buffering
Buffering usually means your internet connection is running a bit slow or busy. Hearts TV needs a steady 25 Mbps for Full HD streaming. Try closing other apps or devices using your connection, and make sure you’re not downloading anything in the background. If you’re using a VPN, switch it off, or lower the stream quality to improve performance. If the problem continues, you may need to check your connection speed with your internet provider.
When are match replays uploaded?
For fans in the UK and Republic of Ireland, full match replays are usually available from around 10 PM on match days. If the game was televised in the UK, the replay might appear a little later, typically around midnight.
If you’re an international subscriber, you’ll normally see replays available a bit earlier.
