What’s included in my UK Subscription?

UK Subscriptions allow fans to:

  • Listen to live commentary from the Hearts TV team. 
  • Catch up on games you’ve missed with match replays. 
  • Watch exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and interviews from Hearts players and staff.
  • Due to rights agreements Hearts are unable to broadcast Scottish Premiership, League Cup or Scottish Cup games within the UK or ROI.
  • For some fixtures, we’ll have UK rights as well as overseas rights, meaning fans everywhere can tune in. However, due to various rights agreements, there may be occasions when we hold UK rights only, and the content won’t be available to viewers outside the UK.
  • These variances will only apply to specific games, and we’ll always make sure to publicise these details well in advance of the fixture on the Hearts TV site. We appreciate your understanding!
  • International Subscriptions allow fans to watch live video for most Hearts games when you’re outside of the UK & ROI. 
  • Catch up on games you’ve missed with match replays. 
  • Watch exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and interviews from Hearts players and staff.
  • For fans in the UK & ROI, full match replays will typically be available from approximately 10 PM on match days. If a game has been televised in the UK, this will be pushed back slightly to midnight.
  • For international subscribers these replays should be out earlier.

Below are recommended requirements.

  • PC: Windows 11 Version 24H2 | Google Chrome Version 138.0.7204.169 and above.
  • iOS: iPhone 12+ | iOS version 18.5+ | Safari Browser
  • Android: Android Version 15+

There are a number of reasons why your video stream may be buffering.

Slow Internet:

  • Hearts TV requires a minimum consistent speed of 25Mbps for Full HD content. Please test that your internet connection meets this requirement.
  • Multiple users or devices on your home’s internet connection may further reduce the bandwidth available to your streaming device.
  • Streaming or downloading other content can take up your bandwidth, make sure you’re not doing either of these if you have buffering issues.
  • Your connection may also be affected by use of a virtual private network (VPN); ensure you have disabled this.
  • Try to reduce the quality selected for the livestream as this will reduce the required internet speed for the livestream.
  • Please contact your internet service provider if you have concerns with the speed or reliability of your connection. 

Weak Device Processing Power:

  • If your device does not meet the minimum requirements specified above it may not be able to support livestreaming.
  • Please ensure your device meets the specified requirements.
  • Due to rights agreements Hearts are unable to broadcast video of live games within the UK.
  • If you are outside of the UK but are unable to view the stream please ensure your subscription is an international subscription.
  • If so, clearing your cookies and refreshing the site may resolve the issue.
  • Else, if possible, try changing the quality of the stream, utilising another web browser or device as this may resolve the issue.

Hearts TV requires the use of cookies to verify your login.

  • If you are logged in, navigate to the ‘Account details’ page to change your password.
  • Otherwise you can reset your password by clicking the “Lost your password?” link from the login page.

To cancel your subscription, navigate to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page, click to View your active subscription then click to cancel.

Please note, cancelling your subscription stops future payments. You’ll still have access to all your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
